Registration

Registrations are currently open and applications are being accepted for the September 2011 SSCMLP enrolment. No registrations will be accepted or processed within 7 days of the first module/workshop offering.

Membership in PMAC is mandatory for enrolment in the program.

To apply for the SSCMLP in-class or self-study, please complete and submit the Membership Application Form (PDF, 65 KB) as well as the SSCMLP Registration form (PDF, 62 KB) if you are not a current member.
